Gang's Chocolate Chip Cake

1 pkg Duncan Hines golden butter cake mix
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding mix (3 oz size)
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup oil
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 8 oz carton sour cream
1 12 oz pkg chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients. Stir with spoon. Put in greased bundt pan and bake approximately 1 hour at 325.

Ceasar Tortellini Salad

1 pkg (9 0z) refrigerated cheese tortellini, cooked, drained and rinsed
3/4 cup Kraft Classic Ceasar Dressing
2 plum tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
1 can (6 0z) pitted ripe olives, drained
1/2 cup sliced red onions, seperated into rings
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Toss all ingredients except cheese in large bowl; cover.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Sprinke with cheese just before serving.

1 med cucumber can be substituted for the olives, for a great variation. Also, great with sliced grilled chicken added, before refrigeration.

Crystal Light Lemonade Pie

This pie tastes just like a Lemon Icebox Pie and is low in fat and calories! Makes 2 pies.

2 Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Pie Crusts
2 pkg (small) Instant Sugar Free Vanilla pudding
1 tube Crystal Light Lemonade
1 1/2 Cup Skim Milk
16 oz Reduced Fat or Fat Free Cool Whip

Mix all ingredients and pour into pie crusts. Chill.
